At Ashprey.com, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept eligible returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
Item must be requested for return within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
Jewelry must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
Item must be returned in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase or order number is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Custom or personalized jewelry
Made-to-order pieces
Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
Clearance / sale items
Gift cards
How to Request a Return
To start a return or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Include your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Ashprey.com is not responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 business days for processing after approval.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, metal, or style, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
